Product Description 100 Coals come individually wrapped in ten packs of 10 coals. They light within a second of touching fire to the coal and will last about 30-45 minutes. They are primarily meant for hookahs but they may serve other purposes

i have yet to try any type of natural coals or anything that requires a stove or a torch to start... so i've been sticking with quicklites for awhile now. I have tried Nahkla, Golden, 3 kings, and these. Alot of local shops will carry these because their cheap per box and they mark them up to $2 a roll.
But stay away. They light quick. You will be able to tell because they will start sparking. But it takes forever to spread through the whole coal you end up lighting it from 4 different sides. On top of this it takes 15-20 mins to heat up. 15 mins later their dead. In my opinion 3 kings and nahkla are the best... stick to buying online even with the shipping its cheaper than any shop i've ever been too

i'm not very experienced with hookahs, but these have a few noticable pros and cons. They light very easily, like the description says, which is good I suppose. They work well enough for the most part, however I was dissapointed to find that when you separate them from the shisha with aluminum foil (to avoid breathing in the sulfuric fumes, this is not in the directions but a MUST), they take a while to light up the shisha. Thus, for a lot of the burn time i was barely getting any smoke out of it,and when I went to put in some more shisha, I had to wait yet again, at which point the coal ran outta gas. I have not found a solution to this yet, however I'm sure with practice I'll get more out of it. Myabe my hookah is just poor quality.
